Reservations are secured by credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard or EFTPOS) and a booking confirmation will be sent to you once complete.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to 7 days prior to arrival may be transferred to an alternate date without penalty. However, cancellations received between 7 days & 48 hours of arrival will forfeit 50% of accommodation fee and if received within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit full accommodation fee.
